Reflection

1.5 years ago I knew very little about magnetism or oxides. When I attended the last Spring MRS I found the content of the the magnetism-oxide talks to be overwhelming. However, this year has been a different experience. I think I've progressed enough in my research to appreciate what other groups are doing. Sitting in Session I today, I've been able to relate some of the issues being addressed by other groups as I have observed these issues for myself. I've also thought of some new ideas and approaches for my research. I like to think of it as an informal measure of my progress in learning. Sweet.
